    I am getting this error message with my SevOne integration.  Does my firewall need to be open to allow inbound connections from AWS?  If so is there an IP and port range?

    Hi Mark, 

    According to the SevOne NMS Port Number Requirements Guide, only the https port (TCP/443) needs to be opened outbound from the SevOne NMS to monitor and receive AWS performance data:

    Thanks. I did not realize that SevOne was a completly different install from AIOps Insights.  So that is what I am missing.  Does SevOne only run on AWS? 

    Unfortunetly, I tried an IBM ticket and was directed to communties.

    Hey Mark - check Tims comments in your other post and the links above. We run either on-prem as a VM or KVM and can also run in AWS & Azure.
