  • 1.  Regarding unable to login, im admin the admin.

    Hi,
    Alert message as attached, 
    I'm the admin, and I'm sure my username password is correct, and there are no other ppl login to the system at the same time.
    How can I force logout all the user and reset my password. Thank You.

    Hey @john cheong - One quick thing to try would be to use an 'incognito' or 'private browsing' tab and attempt to login.

    If that doesn't work, I would recommend escalating this via IBM Support. Provided you have root CLI access, support will be able to share with you some commands to reset the admin password and to terminate other sessions.

    (For obvious security reasons, I'm not going to post those commands in a public forum).

    Hi, 

    Thank you for your reply.
    Yes .. I able to login via incognito browser, after that I logout and go back to my default browser, clear browsing data and cookies, but I still got the errors message.
