Hi,

We implemented  a NOI architecture solution for an environment with more than 180k active alarms. 

We are reviewing our architecture for several reasons. The most important is that we are predicting, in the short term, a 50% increase in active alarms, raising the volume to more than 250K

Because the OMNIbus limits, we adopt the concept of multiple OMNIbus Towers. Today, we have 3 towers with a 80k limit for each tower.

What can we expect from the evolution of OMNIbus? Will OMNIbus be able to work with a volume of active alarms greater than 100K?

Does anyone have any NOI architecture suggestions for an alarm volume greater than 250K active alarms?

Hi Antonio,

the scale out concept for ObjectServer is through additional Aggregation Pairs.

We do not intend to change that in the near future.
We have best practices guides for scaling out ObjectServer, e.g.

Those are based on OMNIbus 7.4, but they apply to OMNIbus 8 as well.
