We have sent following message to ITNM & WebGUI client base who raised PMRs over last 18months and I'm posting same here to reach wider audience that might've missed the email chain.
Dear Customer,
You are receiving this mail as you had a PMR/Case open with ITNM v3.8 or v3.9 or v4.1.1 in the last 18 months. If you are on latest fixpack i.e. v3.8-Fixpack7, v3.9-Fixpack5, v4.1.1-Fixpack2 and applied test-fix for IJ00449 or if you are a v4.2 user, you can skip reading email further.
Affective from 26/02/20018, users won’t be able to use Network Views unless testfix for IJ00449 is applied. Also note, you must be on the specified fixpack before applying testfix.
ITNM v3.8 FixPack#7 clients can download fix from FixCentral.
ITNM v3.9 FixPack#5 clients can download fix from FixCentral.
ITNM v4.1.1 FixPack#2 clients can be download fix from FixCentral.
ITNM v4.1.1 FixPack#1 clients can be download fix from FixCentral.
