We are implementing AIOPs following the hybrid model.
One of the client's requirements is that a user-friendly report (spreadsheet or database table) be created that facilitates the analysis of AIOPs policies and their effectiveness.
This spreadsheet will be used to compare the correlation policies of the legacy environment with the AIOPs correlations.
Is there any document that guides how we can query policies using the Policies APIs?
Another point, due to environmental restrictions, tickets for ServiceNow will be created in Netcool Impact.
Because of this restriction, we need to identify alerts that have been correlated by AIOPs policies.
How can we make this identification?
