Not clear for what does BMC means, but from AIOps's point of view, you can create some connectors via AIOps to help for incident management etc, please refer to https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cloud-pak-watson-aiops/3.4.1?topic=ai-manager for detail.

Watson AIOps and an incident tool like BMC Remedy are functionally two different animals. Watson AIOps collects and correlates events/alerts from your environment to give the Operations team additional related information about problems in the enterprise. One step that can be automated in AIOps is to create an Incident in a ticketing tool like BMC Remedy under configured conditions. For example, if more than 100 events affecting a particular application are received within 5 minutes, an incident can be created. Part of the information included in the incident would be a link to a dashboard containing all of the events associated with that same application (or components related to that application) over the past 10 minutes, for example.

Taking the above into account, AIOps can help application (e.g. SAP) operators/developers by grouping the events and log messages associated with that application and its composite components in a single dashboard. Grouping all of these related events and messages together in one place allows for faster root cause identification and problem remediation.

I don't believe Watson AIOps has anything SAP-specific, but I do know that with the appropriate components/agents/observers/listeners in place, Watson AIOps will correctly map your applications/services. This allows it to group/show all of the related events and messages affecting each application/service.
