For DB2, here are some thoughts. If DB2 is already setup on a 2nd server, it should be pretty straightforward. Look at these instructions, but there is tons of documentation available on setting up DB2 HADR.
IBM Step by Step Procedure to set up HADR replication between DB2 databases - United StatesIdeally, you'll setup DB2 HADR with a VIP. That makes the configuration of the APM servers easier.
You should be able to follow the instructions found here for setting up APM in an HA/DR config. Look at these instructions:
APM high availability (On Premises only) - Application Performance Management Make sure you take a good backup first. We haven't tried this with an existing system, but it should work. The key is backing up and restoring the data to the 2nd node. I would recommend running an APM backup and a full filesystem backup before you start...just in case.
