    Newbie here - but as I understand it a variable is reset when an action has been completed.  Is there any way to transfer a variable to a subsequent action or create a global variable?

    Dominic, Great question!  I inquired with product management and you can do this today by creating a session variable with Actions.  Check out the link here https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/watson-assistant?topic=watson-assistant-manage-info#create-session-variable
