SPSS statistics subscription trial not opening

    Hello SPSS community

    I accidentally force quit SPSS version 29.0.0.0 (241) (on Macbook) as it was taking a lot of time to load but now when I tried to open a file, it just loads for a bit and the application closes on its own. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application but the problem persists. I still have 8 days for the trial version to end and I was able to use the application very well until yesterday. Please help, as I have my research submissions due soon.

    Hi @Ashwini HJ,
    Doing a force quit alone should not keep you from logging back into IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription.
    - Do you have 2-Factor authentication enabled for your IBM Id?  You can check this at https://myibm.ibm.com
    If you have 2FA enabled, disable it or apply IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0 Interim Fix 008 (See DT178259)

    - Has your organization implemented SentinelOne internet security software?  
    Recent reports to SPSS Support and here in the Community have pointed to the need to "Allowlist" the IBM SPSS Statistics install path (See DT208153)
