    Hi everyone! I have the student SPSS software, which was downloaded onto a laptop that crashed. After purchasing a new laptop, I went to download SPSS (student version) again, but access was denied because "I already have an account"

    So how do I download SPSS software onto my new laptop?

    Are you speaking specifically one of these part numbers?

    Did you purchase this directly from IBM, or from a partner? 

    If you did not purchase directly from IBM, please contact your IBM Vendor or Academic Vendor (where your product purchase originated) for assistance.
