SPSS Statistics

    Hello,

    I am a student and have access to this software through my university. I have a mac which is running ventura 13.1, the latest software. I have no trouble with licensing, but every time I try to open the app after, I get an error message, screenshot attached. It will not let me past this screen, I have been to my uni's IT help and tried re-downloading it, restarting the computer, and even trying to use terminal to set the permissions. Despite it being on my laptop, terminal continues to be unable to find the download, even though its listed when you ask terminal for a list of all the apps on the computer. I really need this software on my laptop; any ideas?

    Hi.

    Could you please open a terminal window, run these commands:

    cd "/Applications/IBM SPSS Statistics/SPSS Statistics.app/Contents/MacOS"
    ./stats

    and post back what if any text SPSS writes back there?

    We have several students who are using Macs having the same issue.  What can we do to correct this?
