Hello , I am interested in discovering the latest capabilities incorporated into the new Watson Assistant that can assist my client in deploying a multilingual bot across multiple countries more efficiently, enabling a faster time-to-market while keeping operational expenses low.
Option being identified till now are -  Full Machine Translation,Bespoke translation , External Content Management System and new instance all together

1. Accuracy should be high and preserve business terms
2. Effectively handle intent recognition and response
3. Faster country rollout with low opex
4. Response would be from either directly from WA and WDS Content (response will be via WA)
5. Optimise Cost

1. No or minimal change in custom orchestration layer  
2. Client not happy with translation service response both IBM Watson and GCP.
