Bootstrapping using survey (i.e., predetermined) bootstrap files

I am analyzing a government survey that has its own bootstrapping weights (i.e., pre-determined bootstrap weights, 500 different replicate weights) for each participant. I want to calculate the confidence intervals using the bootstrapping weights. I contacted the government survey specialist, and that person direct me to SAS to use SAS proc surveymeans. I wonder whether SPSS has similar syntax to run bootstrapping replicate weights for pre-determined bootstrap weights that are not assigned by SPSS.

    Thank you,
    Basak
