1. already use IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription Trial

    I install trial version today.

    however when I tried log in spss at first, it said "you already use trial version"

    And also I treid sign up new email address, but it appear again.

    please let me know the solution as soon as possible.

    Unfortunately the Trial license duration is only good once per 365 days. 
    - If you have installed the IBM SPSS Statistics Trial to this machine previously, and the Trial period has expired, then your only options for this machine are to purchase IBM SPSS Statistics or wait 365 days.
    - If you have installed the IBM SPSS Statistics Trial under a specific IBMid, and the Trial period has expired, then your only options for that IBMid are to purchase IBM SPSS Statistics or wait 365 days.

    If you feel there has been some error, you can always open a Licensing Support case and we can investigate what's happening with your IBMid.
