Please execute diagnosticCMD.exe by navigating to the below path on CE machine which will create a zip file on the desktop.

C:\Program Files\MaaS360\MaaS360 Visibility Service\DiagnosticCmd.exe 

Please upload the zip file containing logs to ftp.fiberlink.com (Login as anonymous) and prefix the case number for reference
