Copy targets

You no longer need to re-enter targets when creating a plan from a baseline plan. Targets are now copied over from the baseline plan.

Toast notifications

Users now receive toast notifications for important events when they are logged in.

Toast notifications are now generated when:

• Plan is opened (all CC budget owners are notified)
• CC budget is submitted (CC budget approver is notified)
• CC budget version is rejected (CC budget owner is notified)
• CC budget version comment updated (CC budget owner is notified)
• CC budget approved (CC budget owner is notified)
• Period is opened (all CC budget owners are notified)
• A user view the same CC budget version that another user is currently viewing

Improved actuals handling in forecasts

Actuals are now better aligned with plan line items containing custom dimensions when creating forecasts.  Previously, actuals would get added as separate actuals-only line items instead of replacing the prior period plan values in existing budget line items when those line items contained custom dimensions.  Now, actuals are properly incorporated into existing budget line items, even those that contain custom dimension values.
