Role & Permission Issues	Troubleshooting: Why Can't My Cost Center Owners View Spend Management Cost Center Owners can only view Spend Management for the Fiscal Years they are authorized for. Select the correct year before loading Spend Management. Troubleshoot: unable to select recently added users You must recalculate your plan to authenticate new users in ITP. Troubleshoot changing the fiscal year/fiscal calendar Fiscal year/calendar settings are defined during product set-up and cannot be changed manually. Duplicate Data	Troubleshoot: Duplicate expenses when creating budget Plans created with a baseline forecast may inherit financial amounts and re-generate duplicate expenses. Missing Data	Troubleshooting: Details missing in Location and Vendor columns in Summary tab Labor Summary Options will allow you to display more information in the Summary tab.  Troubleshoot cost object approval button missing Review the approval level of Cost Objects in the "Cost Objects Permissions" page. Troubleshoot: Not seeing changes to Cost Object Permissions in hierarchy view Your current plan may not be linked to the latest version of its reference data. Troubleshoot blank data columns after publishing data to Cost Transparency Some fine tuning is required to update and overwrite Reference Data when using the Cost Transparency Integration. Troubleshoot missing Cost Objects in plan Business Project Owners must open the plan so that Plan Owners can view the associated Cost Objects. Troubleshoot missing carets in menus when running IT Planning in Internet Explorer Adjust your browser's Security settings to allow custom fonts. Troubleshoot period quantities not displaying with exports from Contracts and Asset tabs Use the "Export Layout Only" option to export Contracts or Asset details.
Data Accuracy & Management Issues	Troubleshoot exported financial data not matching totals in IT Planning You must have consistent numerical formatting across all your data, internet browser settings, and computer settings.
