After reviewing the existing z/OSMF Sysplex Management features introduced in recent z/OS releases, we will explore in detail enhancements to the CFRM Policy Editor function and the brand-new CF Sizing capability. This new feature is designed to modernize and optimize the structure sizing capability introduced in z/OS 3.1. We will deep dive into significant features, including support for multiple CF levels, bulk sizing (simultaneous sizing of multiple structures), data persistence, promotion of best sizing practices, and more. We will also discuss z/OSMF Incident Log capability that streamlines and automates time-consuming process of collecting and transferring z/OS problem data and manage the incidents across z/OS sysplex.
