IT Planning Foundation and IT Financial Management Foundation are in the process of being upgraded to support IT Planning on Self-Service Reporting. This will allow users to create and share custom reports using IT Planning data. With the 2.76 release on July 20, 2020, all sandbox environments were transitioned to support providing data to SSR, so long as SSR already exists in the environment. Main environments will be transitioned according to the schedule below. With the upgrade, no change will be noticed in IT Planning, however once IT Planning is upgraded and registered on SSR, SSR will begin to display IT Planning data sources if a plan exists in ITP.

Customers will be transitioned per upgrade schedule. If you would like to request a change to the scheduled transition for your company, please contact your Apptio Customer Success Manager. Please note that approved requests for change are not reflected in the general schedule below.

FAQ
Does ITP support multi-currency now as part of 2.76 release?
Yes, ITP supports multi-currency with 2.76 release. The currency configured on ITP will appear in SSR and the same ITP's conversion rates will be available. To use multi-currency, set the user's preferred currency setting and/or select the currency to display the financial amounts while configuring the visualization.
Cost Transparency will support multi-currency as part of 12.9.1 release.
Can EMEA customer use ITP now as part of 2.76 release?
SSR is being provisioned to international customers. The target is to be complete by 2.77 release. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to learn about when SSR will be available for your environment.
Why does SSR appear in blue in the environment?
SSR was provisioned to the environment, however it is hidden from the user. To make SSR visible and thus change the outline from blue to black, work with your Customer Success Manager. However, by waiting until after ITP 2.77 release, SSR visibility and related registration activities will automatically be completed.
