The Community
The first thing that you should do is join the IBM StreamSets community. From events to technical blogs, the community has a vast repository of resources that you can use to speed up your IBM StreamSets Deployment, tune your environment, and find useful ways to leverage your IBM StreamSets investment.
The Library
All replays of past events live in the IBM StreamSets Library so even if you missed a live session you can still get the information. We recommend searching by tag for the event because that will give you a list of relevant material to that topic
Discussion Forum
Have a how to question and want to get answers from Experts? Post it in the Community Discussion Forum. This resource is monitored by IBM StreamSets Subject Matter Experts who will get you answers as soon as possible.

· Company
· Time range Issue Occurred
· Debug logs / Support bundles
· Add any links, pipelines, engine logs and screenshots to help the agent triage the issue.

Guided tours are a great way to follow along with the basics and get going quickly with IBM StreamSets. There are also recommended articles, videos and links to the appropriate documentation on the site.
