Automated Data Management (ADM) is a common platform service that aims to deliver cohesive data sharing experiences across all Apptio applications. It is our strategic goal to enable cross-application data integration using ADM. At present, the ADM service has been integrated with CT, ITP, and ATP to facilitate their data sharing requirements.

ADM users are multi-product owners, more specifically (currently) of ITP, CT, and Targetprocess. Users looking to connect their data sources without tedious manual processes automatic uploads, scheduling, error-avoidance would benefit from ADM.

All Apptio products will eventually be migrated onto ADM, so all current CT, ITP and ATP users can leverage ADM now, while Cloudability users will soon have access as well. Apptio users or teams, and administrators with multiple needs looking for improved coordination between A1 and ATP products would benefit from the reduced manual processes and improved accuracy Automated Data Management provides.
