DC studio is unhappy because the custom action binaries have been built using different DC libraries.
Try rebuilding the custom action targeting the current DC assembly versions (dcsmart.dll, iRRX.dll, ...).
Don't forget that each time, you upgrade your DC, you have to rebuilt your custom actions to make sure that they use the newer libraries .
