The migration will retain all of your saved reports and dashboards, including your permissions within and shared content. Reports and dashboards are simply moving into a new user interface so you can leverage a larger list of features when reporting, using the familiar methods you already use within the context of your workflows.

As a piece of this migration, we are expanding our collection of Apptio-authored content to enable users to efficiently address common technology use cases and effortlessly explore Cloud technology costs and usage as well as rightsizing data in new and exciting ways.

In addition, we are improving visualization and interactivity features. We will be delivering new visualization types to cater to a wider range of common Cloud use cases, for instance, we look to deliver treemaps so users can display hierarchical data. We are also making reports more interactive for viewers, enabling users to slice and dice the data effortlessly, allowing them to obtain desired perspectives and swiftly obtain answers to their queries. This includes things like report-level filters, table visualization search and filtering, and table hierarchies and subtotals.
