Apptio BI reporting now has the capability to report against your Cloud TotalCost dimensions and metrics in Apptio BI.  This capability requires Cost Transparency 12.10.6 version or above,

When creating or reports on Apptio BI, users can now select Cloud TotalCost as the data source on which to base reports.  You can find Cloud TotalCost in the Data Source dropdown if the Cloud TotalCost project type has been created in TBM Studio and data is available in the production environment.
