Speakers: Bruce Whitehead, TWS Scheduling Manager, Optum Technologies - Bruce has been working with IBM Workload Scheduler since 1997 when it was know as Maestro and owned by UNISON. He spent 12 years at Best Buy and has moved on from there to his current position at Optum Technologies (UnitedHealth). He is currently working on commercial strategies for workload automation solutions. Tracy Little, TWS Admin and Implmentation Manager, Optum Technologies - Tracy is an IT manager of the of IBM Workload Scheduler admin and implementation team at Optum. She is a certified IBM Workload Scheduler deployment specialist. She started her IBM Workload Scheduler journey as a scheduler at Best Buy in 2007. Her journey continued at various companies learning scheduling on IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS and administration of the IBM Workload Scheduler infrastructure. She planned and helped migrate several versions of IBM Workload Scheduler including 8.2, 8.5, 8.5.1, 8.6. She helped build and develop events and the Workload Broker agent infrastructure at Optum. Her current project is managing her team's upgrade of over 100 servers to 9.2.
