Step 1 - Login to your Sitecore Content Hub account using the right set of Login URL, UserName, and Password.
Click on Sign in.
Step 2 - Click on the Manage button on the top right corner of your screen
and search for users as shown in the below snapshot.
Step 3 - Click on users → Click on on the top right corner of the screen
Populate the data as shown below in Details and User Groups
In Details You will see below screen
In User groups → In Group memberships , Click on → Select Superusers → Click on → You will see below screen → Click on Save
Step 4 → To receive an email with a Password Reset link
Click on Edit Profile → Enter emailID and Timezone and click on Save
Go to the email, use the link to reset your password.
Now you can use this UserName, password and Login URL for creating a connection.
