Mark Robbins will be providing a set of tips and demos about how to make the core Maximo/Control desk product easier to support.

This will give practical tips to help you understand how best to support your system. Based on genuine helpdesk calls/experience these are tips that can save time and money for system administrators.
It will cover areas including:
-Key Maximo loggers and the content they can generate
-What are must gather notes & why you should read them before you have problems…
-Quick checks if your system is struggling
-Key accounts to monitor
-Tips on how to ensure your user’s don’t overload your JVMs
