This session explores the Maximo Generative AI Assistant, an integrated add-on that brings AI-powered functionality to the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Participants will discover how the assistant enables users to retrieve and display data related to work orders, assets, and service requests in a dynamic table using natural language input. The session will also highlight forward-looking capabilities designed to enhance and transform the asset optimization journey. We will highlight the role of agentic AI for automatically generating condition insights for assets from a variety of data sources and assisting with natural language to Maximo formula generation.
