Today, our payments organization has a data store that contains structured and unstructured data about business decisions implemented by Operational Decision Manager (ODM). This data store is hard to navigate and inspect by the business and is manually maintained by the decision engineering team. During the requirements analysis phase of implementing a decision, the data store is used by the business. By using watsonx Assistant and watsonx.ai we can allow executives or decision owners to make questions in natural language to request information about this decision data. It can provide simple to understand answers with explanation from the complicated data source. By using watsonx Orchestrate we can ensure the data store is kept up to date as new decisions get deployed into ODM.
