For most clients, using Mobile is a desired goal of their MAS project that is not always easily accomplished. There are numerous System Properties, Organization settings and other setup tasks required to make mobile perform better. Depending on your legacy solution, there may be data migration from paper forms or another mobile application. For most utility clients, maps are a requirement for their field users, and the system must work in a connected or disconnected state. Besides the software components, there are considerations in hardware, connectivity, and user adoption to be addressed. This session will take a deep dive into several mobile implementation projects to share lessons learned and provide guidance on best practices in implementing a mobile solution.
