FalconStor® StorSafe® Virtual Tape Library is software that works with any leading backup software or native tools, emulating physical tape drives and libraries while shrinking backup images with advanced compression and deduplication. This technical session will present how StorSafe Virtual Tape Library can modernize and optimize SAP Hana environments both on-premises and in the cloud. We will explore how customers can use either the native tool SAP Hana Studio with StorSafe VTL, or in combination with enterprise backup solutions such as Spectrum Protect or Veeam. Several use cases such as on-premises backup, migration to the cloud, disaster recovery, and more will be reviewed. Architectural diagrams for technical understanding will be presented and explained.
