Hi All,

Looking for some suggestions what could be the reason behind this anomaly. Recently we have migrated couple of lower environments from On-prem to AWS. 

During testing we are observing that though the files are routed from producer to consumer at the backend, the same is taking some time to load into SFG UI.

Any feedback on that would help to resolve if any issues ?

Hi Pranjit,
We recently did the onPrem to AWS migration and we did not face this kind of issue. So it may be generic performance issues that you can check. You can check couple of points:
1) Are you seeing this issue only with SFG UI or any other UI
2) Can you check the UI performance for static page vs dynamic pages (page that use DB connection)
3) Check sfg / ui logs if this can point some thing
4) Check DB performance/latency/missing Indexes etc.
5) Check CPU performance,  usually AWS PVU value is less compare to OnPrem CPU's PVU

I think we now have figured it out the reason of the delay in showing up the records in SFG UI.

There was a timezone difference of 4 hrs between application server and db server on Cloud.

Hence the delay was occuring when it comes to visibility in SFG UI. Now it has been fixed by bringing both the app and db server in the same timezone.
