Invalid userid/password error when first time logging to SSP CM UI

  • 1.  Invalid userid/password error when first time logging to SSP CM UI

    Hi All,

    We have recently installed SSP and SSPCM. When trying to login to UI of SSP CM for the first time, it is throwing password error.

    We are using default 'admin' user id, 'password' as password

    Please check the attachment.

    Kindly let us know if there is any way to resolve by updating password instead of reinstalling. No custom userid or password was set during install

    It is fixed..was a certificate issue.
