This course shows you how to request a learning environment which you use in several of the IBM Sterling Order Management user courses. The learning environment contains the Order Management System and the data used in the course exercises which help reinforce the concepts in the courses. After you get your learning environment, you can practice by completing the hands-on exercises. Your learning environment will be available for ten days.

This course is for anyone who needs to understand the basic concepts of IBM Sterling Order Management. Order management involves the tracking and processing of orders from inception to fulfillment and managing the people, processes, and data connected to the order as it moves through the order lifecycle. This course explains the order management concepts you need to know before you take any of the follow-on courses in the learning journey.

Course DL25012G helps you understand and configure IBM Sterling Order Management Participant Model. Any business entity or person (user) who interacts with your business, is part of your Participant Model. You use Participant Modeling to configure organizations and the relationships between organizations. The hands-on exercises will help reinforce the concepts you learn in the course. Self-paced: 45 minutes, includes hands-on exercises

Course DL25014G helps you understand and configure IBM Sterling Order Management Process Modeling. You use Process Modeling to configure statuses, customer conditions, custom services, actions, event handlers, and more. The hands-on exercises help reinforce the concepts you learn in the course. IBM Sterling Order Management: Catalogs, Items, and Pricing

Self-paced: 4 hours, includes hands-on exercises

Course DL25015G helps you to understand the concepts around catalogs, items, and pricing. Then you do some hands-on exercises that show you how to configure catalogs, items, and pricing in IBM Business Center. The IBM Business Center is part of the IBM Sterling Order Management system.
