 TS4300 firmware update issue

Hello!

Customer made mistake due update firmware at TS4300 (Dell ML3).

He uploaded firmware, system logged out. At this moment customer distracted and decided that browser logged out by some reason.

After this customer logged in to system and repeated upload firmware :)

When I try to log in, a message appears.

And error

How I can fix it?

To clarify - are you getting the "System Error Occurred" message after choosing to CONTINUE to Login anyway or is that error happening first ?

You can also try using the operator panel to access the tape lib. Looks like page 64 has info on accessing / using the operator panel

First, you may want to consider calling into IBM and placing a service call and have someone help you with this. But, i think 'ultimately' if you cannot log into the web / GUI, the operator panel is the only other option. From the operator panel , you can do a variety of things as shown below. The SSR or equivalent should be able to assit in getting any logs off that IBM may want..you can also try resetting/restarting the library to see if that helps.

Operator panel was inaccessible.

Power cycle was fixed the problem.
