First, you may want to consider calling into IBM and placing a service call and have someone help you with this. But, i think 'ultimately' if you cannot log into the web / GUI, the operator panel is the only other option. From the operator panel , you can do a variety of things as shown below. The SSR or equivalent should be able to assit in getting any logs off that IBM may want..you can also try resetting/restarting the library to see if that helps.
