Hi Bonnie - Yes, you can but if it is a new cluster the easiest thing to do is go ahead and create the cluster then you should be able to set the service IP addresses using the GUI.
If you are have an existing cluster and want to set the service IP addresses so you can load the correct code before you add them to the existing cluster follow this link (it is for a DH8 but should work):
