    Hi Experts,

I’m working on the Spectrum Protect V8.1.3 on a 2012 Windows Server. I have a directory container storage pool, however, when I run the expiration process and delete the backup data from Spectrum Protect client, the files spaces are also deleted. The container storage pool is never empty and shows the utilized data. My goal is to also delete the data from the container storage pool.

    How do I do this?

What's the reusedelay on the storage pool?

Please check reusedelay set on container storage pool and try below command to check number of extents eligible for deletion.

    q extentupdates <storagepoolname>
