    Which is the upper and lower cache when TPC is reporting stats for VC and VCC?

    VC is upper cache, VCC is lower cache.  Not sure what you are looking at but stage and de-stage times can be very revealing statistics.  Let me know if you need any help deciphering.....

    Hoping to figure out how to utilize spectrum control to see if there are any cache constraints in my environment. Thank you for the feedback.
