Norman Dorsch - Norman is a Global Product Manager at IBM Security and a proud IBMer since 2012. He is currently responsible for the IBM Security Services for SASE offering. Norman joined the Product Management team in 2018 and has successfully launched IBM offerings around Networking and Security. Prior to his current role, Norman worked as IT Architect at IBM Germany and led several RFID, SDN and network transformation projects for automotive, retail and financial customers. He is a certified private pilot and currently lives near Tampa, Florida.


Blossom Pinheiro - Blossom Pinheiro is a Senior Product Manager at IBM Security Services. She has over 18 years of experience in Product Strategy, Development and Management. Blossom has been with IBM since 2020 and successfully developed and launched offerings across Application, Data and Network Security. She has a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Madras University, a Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Temple University and is currently working on her MBA from University of Massachusetts.
