Please check the error: Can't connect to local MySQL server.
Unless you resolve this error, you won't be able to login. I suspect you are using old Guardium images to build the server where the MySQL certs are expired. Please download the latest from IBM Passport Advantage, build the server & try again. It shoould work.

This is normal behavior sometimes on new installs. Just wait a few minutes and try again. At worst you may have to wait a few hours. Have patience, definitely DO NOT try rebooting the system or running commands. There are scripts running that may be adversely impacted if you try to reboot in the middle.
