    Hi @Avinash Minj

Verify a firewall issue. From the Collector CLI you can run 'support show port open {Client_Host_IP} {port#}'. Ports are 16016 and 16020 for unencrypted traffic, or 16018 and 16021 for encrypted.

From the Client Host System, the central_logger.log in the Guardium installation directory may provide an indication as to the issue as well.

    Hi @Avinash Minj ,

If the issue is that you can't see S-TAP in Manage->S-TAP Control, you can check if S-TAP Approval Needed box is checked in Manage-> S-TAP Certification. If so, you should enter the IP address of the device where s-tap is installed.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @Katarina Garic

What if S-tap approval needed checkbox is not checked in Manage -> S-tap Certification? Do we need to check it to see the S-tap in Manage -> S-Tap control. tab
