    Hi all,

    Could you please help me a problem that are facing issue with Samsung Smart Switch 

    I can transfer data from a corporate device with MDM installed to a mobile phone personal but i can't send data from a device personal to corporate owned with MDM installed.

    To send data using cable. Some know told if this problem is related some policy?

    My policies applied. 

    Allow USB file transfer. yes

    Allow USB Debugging yes 

    Allow mounting of physical media yes 

    Allow create window yes 

    In Catalog, app configuration 

    Allow SmartSwitch Run
    Toggle the running or not SmartSwitch Yes

    Please help me this problem.

    Hi Marcio

    Maybe check whether there are any 'helper' apps on Samsung documentation which might also need to go into App Compliance.

    Apart from this, what type of data are you trying to transfer?
