IBM Security QRadar

Hello, I am newbie to QRadar. Currently I am trying to update Flow collector in esxi to QRadar 7.4.3 Fix Pack 4. At the moment there is no fix pack at all. I did find in ibm.support page that I can download the packs also ftps/sftps with wget command. I would like to use this type of download because I need to download the file directly to the VM. After choosing this option, I am getting the username and password to access the sftp, but I dont get whole path, only delivery04.dhe.ibm.com. I did try few options how to connect and download the fixpack for example wget --user=user --password=password ftp://delivery04.dhe.ibm.com or with name of the fixpack at the end. But the server is refusing my login. Can anyone help me understand how to use the wget command to download the FixPack directlly to QRadar device? Maybe give me exact command syntax I can use. Thank you very much.

For the item on Fix Central you would like to download.  Select download via the http method.  Then, at the point where you click the link to download the package, right click the link and copy the URL.  Then, paste that URL in your wget command.
