    When you experience an incident with a data loss, in most countries you are obliged to report this to the relevant authorities. 

    When you are a German company with a, say Brazilian, subsidary and lose data there, you need to report to the Brazilian ... what office? Within which time?

    Resilient / QRadar SOAR tells you this. 

    I haven't heard that all other SOARs in the market  do this.

    Appreciate the feedback. It seems IBM has rebranded Resilient to IBM QRadar SOAR, potentially causing confusion. Notably, Resilient / QRadar SOAR appears to stand out in guiding incident response.
