Hi Mohan
You need to do the following:
- For the device where the app is installed go to the device on the MaaS360 console and find the Zappa Installed tab
- Locate the AppID for the voice recording app and note it down. Also try to find any helper app that is relevant which might have a similar app name or ID
- Go to the device policy for the device type and modify AppLock or COSU settings
- On the supported apps section put in the AppID you noted and if there was a helper app put this in Background apps section (Android Enterprise only)
- Save and publish your policy changes
- Note the version number of the changed device policy
- On the device refresh it to make sure it gets the updated policy version
- Now test device in Kiosk/COSU/AppLock mode to see if the app is working
