    Hello

    We have just started using MaaS360 to manage our iPhones and Android's.

    We have an issue only with our Samsung phones where, firstly the Camera app is not installed.  I manage to find the fix for that here https://community.ibm.com/community/user/security/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MessageKey=a5ca051f-96e3-4a04-a069-456ac249b406&CommunityKey=9d8b7835-e47a-4850-b400-d8c77708af84&tab=digestviewer#bma5ca051f-96e3-4a04-a069-456ac249b406

    However we still have a problem with the Samsungs when someone takes a photo and try's to view it using the camera app they get a message saying "Unable to find application to perform this action" This only happens in the Samsung phone app, all other applications are able to open the pictures.

    Although I can't be certain  I'm convinced this has something to do with a setting in Maas360.

    Just wondered if anyone had any ideas how to solve this.

    Hi Frank,

    I believe that you're seeing this error because the associated gallery app has to be whitelisted as well.  Try adding com.sec.android.gallery3d to the list and let me know if that resolves the issue.
