Aggregation/Archive dashboard give you only information from particular unit, even you perform them on CM (then you will have only information regarding Import/Eksport/Archive on CM, not for whole environment)
Deployment Health Topology/Table in most cases there will be information that some process was failed (Red color). So probably there is possibility to create your own report which will contain such information.

Data Export > needs to be configured from collector to aggregator.
In case of multi-level aggregation, an aggregator can send data export to another aggregator.
So basically the "Aggregation/Archive Log" GUI report can help you with the requirement.
Data Import > this process solely happens on aggregators only so may it be a CM/AGG or just an AGG unit you can use the same report "Aggregation/Archive Log".
