    Hello:
    Anyone else having issues with secure e-mail downloads failing? It seems to be happening to my users whenever they download large files. Doesn't matter if on cellular or wifi. Anyone have any idea what could cause this or what settings I should adjust? Our server team said everything is ok on the exchange side.

    Hi Jacqueline
    There are some settings you can control in the Workplace policy which is the one that governs the MaaS360 Secure Mail client.   You'll find these in Workplace policy (Security > Policies menu), then in Secure Mail and under the sub-tabs.
    In addition to this if you can't resolve by yourself I'd suggest you raise a Support case with our team:
