    Hi,

trying now to implement IBM Cloud Identity -> MaaS360 -> Office 365 with SAML SSO authentication.

I chose SSO authentication and identity provider to be IBM Cloud Identity and not Azure AD.

    Do you agree with this?

What if somehow the IBM Cloud Identity fails for a reason?

Currently we are in a Hybrid Exchange infrastructure with most user mailboxes in O365, and some mailboxes that must remain in on-prem exchange due to geographical legal reasons and/or message send rate limitations of O365.

As a result of being in Hybrid mode, iOS Push Notifications via Maas360 don't work.  We've been through all levels of support with IBM on this and it comes down to Hybrid mode needing the exchange discovery services to be on-prem, but Maas360's Push Notification service needs discovery services in the cloud.  The end result is that the Cloud Extender's Listener accounts can't find any mailboxes.

Push Notifications work for Apple's native Mail app in iOS, but not for Maas.  So we are unable to standardize our user base to only using SecureMail.

Just wondering if there is some kind of work around.

Outlook for iOS and Android clients can't be managed by Maas360.

All Devices show up in the Maas Portal as generic Android hardware (Motorola, Renesas, ...) regardless of what platform they are really running on (Samsung, LG, Apple ...) so they never match and merge with an MDM Device Record.

Even in blocking the client from use, we often find some of the REST API connections are still able to connection without being blocked.

I'm confused, you initially asked us to post questions here about Maas & the MS Ecosystem ... but no questions were fielded or answered during the webinar.
