IBM Security Guardium

hi,

Guardium HA happens manually login to the Backup CM and make it as Primary CM, it takes 30 minutes time.
I have below doubts:
1. Once Backup CM(Aggregator) is converted to Primary CM, Will that Aggregator(Backup CM) changes the role to Central Manager once it becomes Primary CM?
2. If at all we want Old Primary CM is to be added as Backup CM to new Primary CM, Do we need to changes Old Primary CM role to Aggregator?
3. If second point is correct, then Old primary CM wants to become Primary CM again, Do we need to change the Current Primary CM role to Aggregator and add it?

Note: It's very urgent, please clarify somebody

It is manual process. G admin must promote Backup CM to primary role

Yes, technicall we must change unit type to standalone for Old Primary and then join it to New Primary as aggregator and then promote as Backup.

3. If second point is correct, then Old primary CM wants to become Primary CM again, Do we need to change the Current Primary CM role to Aggregator and add it?
Nope!!! Promoting Backup to Primary should be considered only if current primary is destroyed and there is no easy scenario to have it back available. Do not modify primary to standalone because your collectors will loose configuration.
